Welcome Newcomers!
Prospective members may attend 2 monthly
meetings or 1 monthly meeting and 1 public
activity as a guest to find out more prior to joining. To join the
group a registration form & release of liability statement,
a health & safety document and a Code of Conduct document must be completed and signed,
and annual dues paid to the Treasurer. You will
then receive copies of our current month's activities, as well as
a roster with all members' names and contact information.

Monthly Meetings
Our monthly planning meeting is a great activity to attend to meet members and learn more about the group.
Some months we have a speaker talk for about 15 20 minutes about topics of interests to our members. The rest of the meeting
is used to plan activities for the following month and to socialize and discuss parenting topics. Each member is asked to bring
ideas of events to add to the calendar. We encourage you to attend the monthly meetings, as they are the best way to meet members
and get an idea for how our group operates. Of course, children are always welcome at the monthly meetings, as they are at all of
our events.

Dues
Annual dues are $20.00. Checks can be made out to
MOMS Club Madison East. No one will be turned down for membership
due to financial considerations, so please feel free to express
any concerns to a board member. Our dues pay for monthly newsletter
production and mailing, speaker fees, community service projects,
annual chapter dues to The International MOMS ClubŪ, supplies and
various other expenses that come with running a club. Our chapter
treasurer can answer any questions you may have about the budget
and expenses.
